- Scotland's Art Town We are exceptionally lucky to have work by a Dutch artist with an international reputation. Bart van Oijen has exhibited widely in Holland and Belgium but this will be the first time he has shown work in the UK. He is a regular visitor to Scotland and his work is often influenced by 'the roughness and silence of the Highlands'.
